Limnologica publishes articles addressing
biological, physical and chemical aspects of
freshwater ecosystems and adjacent habitats
as well as limnological-ecological theory and
ecological modelling. We particularly invite
contributions dealing with applied topics (e.g.
ecotechnology, bioindication, restoration),
with aquatic ecosystems and with world regions
so far less frequently investigated (South
America, Africa, Asia).
